Three decades of chocolate craftsmanship
Nancy Byrne’s career has been shaped by a deep respect for chocolate—its flavor, texture, balance and remarkable ability to turn an ordinary moment into an experience.
Over more than 30 years as a professional chocolatier, she learned that exceptional chocolate depends on patience, precision and an uncompromising attention to detail. Those same values became the foundation for Cacao Bella®.
As Nancy’s interest in beauty, wellness and aging well grew, she began to imagine something different: not another pill or powder, but a thoughtfully formulated chocolate people could genuinely look forward to enjoying.
A better way to create a daily ritual
Nancy saw that many beauty and wellness routines asked people to choose function over pleasure. Supplements could feel clinical, inconvenient or simply easy to forget.
She believed there was another possibility: begin with the sensory experience of premium dark chocolate, then thoughtfully develop a formula around ingredients selected for a clear purpose.
The goal was never to disguise a supplement as candy. It was to create chocolate with purpose—an experience worthy of being savored and thoughtfully designed to become part of a consistent routine.

Creating Cacao Bella®
Bringing beauty science into premium chocolate required more than combining a list of ingredients. Every decision had to respect both the purpose of the formula and the experience of the chocolate.

Today, Nancy leads Cacao Bella® as Founder and CEO, guiding the company’s product direction while protecting the chocolate experience at the heart of the brand.
Her role brings together the disciplines that shaped Cacao Bella from the beginning: chocolatier, product developer, creative leader and advocate for a more enjoyable approach to daily beauty and wellness.
Her standard remains simple: the purpose must be thoughtful, the chocolate must be exceptional, and the experience must be one people are happy to make their own.
